I am the chef behind Kin. Dining and along with Sarah Jones of Kin. Wines we make up Kin. We offer a curated wine, food and music service that is unrivalled elsewhere. Through our shared philosophy of working with only the best wines, the best ingredients, and the best people we partner with tastemakers and experts in their field to bring quality and authenticity in each aspect of our work.

I have been working as a chef in restaurant kitchens for 7 years, in that time working everywhere from neighbourhood restaurants in Spain and London, vegetarian cafes and Michelin restaurants to small food businesses and farms. I have a passion for making food fun and full of joy. Local, seasonal produce that is mindful of sustainability and the environment but that also feels luxurious and exciting.
